II. Transition & Seedify Funding Utilization

The Seedify investment is not for marketing a token, but for funding the integrity transition from d-PNT to the official liquid token, DEPTH.

• Fund Allocation: Seedify capital is used to establish the initial Liquidity Pool (LP) for DEPTH and to fund the development of the Layer 1 Smart Contract.
